Inflatable fabric is a PVC vinyl polymer chemicaly known as polyvinyl chloride. it has several applications in the leisureand construction industries, in the inflatable boat and paddle baord industry it is used as a coating on polvester or nylonlo increase the strenath and tear resistance, Because it is a tvpe of plastic it can be thermobonded or glued. This allowsthe manufacturer to mass produce boats on a large scale with machines and unskilled labour. nflatable fabric is typicallycoated or laminated with synthetic materials to increase their strength and environmental resistance. Among the mostwidely used materials are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coated vinyl and oxford woven cloth. PVc coated materials are moredurable and air tight.

• Hubei jinlong have 80sets fabric knitting machines, 5sets PVc film calendar production line, 6sets laminatingmachines and 4sets coating machines, which are allfrom Germany and ltaly. Our company are the only factorywho cover woven fabric, PVC film calendaring, coating and laminating ,surface lacquering and finished productsall together .The products are including hioh-tech outdoor and indoor PVc flex banner fabric, tarpaulin coverfabric,inflatable fabric, tents and membrane structure etc.
